The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the World Forum, international organizations that assess the quality of education, released information in 2010 ranking the Dominican Republic's primary education as the worst of the Central American and Caribbean region.

    Our country has been generous in its support for immigrants. Every year government spends our tax to create programs to support the immigrants. According to Phyllis Schlafy, a renowned conservative activist and lawyer, the government spends at least $8 billion a year to support 2 million immigrant children in Bilingual Education program.

Baruch's USG has clear responsibilities. Each USG's legacy, however, tends to be the result of not merely filling said responsibilities, but exceeding them in various ways.
